No Match Immigration Enforcement Act of 2006 - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish by regulation a program providing for employer data sharing by the Commissioner of Social Security with the Secretary regarding employers of employees with mismatched Social Security numbers.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to require disclosure of certain tax return information, upon written request by the Secretary, for purposes of the employer data-sharing program regarding mismatched Social Security account numbers.
