Lebanese Temporary Protected Status Act of 2006 - Provides one-year temporary protected status to certain Lebanese nationals who have been present in the United States since enactment of this Act. (Treats Lebanon as a designated country for such purpose under the Immigration and Nationality Act.)

Provides such aliens with prior consent for temporary emergency travel abroad.
