Trade Readjustment Allowances for Adversely Affected Workers Act of 2006 - Amends the Trade Act of 1974 to treat any week in which employment is unavailable to an adversely affected worker because of a lockout as a week of employment. (Thus, counts such weeks for purposes of qualifying such a worker for a trade readjustment allowance.)
