HOPE VI Reauthorization Act of 2006 - Amends the United States Housing Act of 1937 to extend through FY2007 grants for demolition, site revitalization, replacement housing, and tenant-based assistance for severely distressed public housing projects.

Extends the sunset date for such assistance to September 30, 2007.
