Protecting Medicare Beneficiaries' Informed Choice Act of 2005 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to extend the annual enrollment periods of the Medicare prescription drug benefit program and under the Medicare Advantage program.

Suspends Medicare prescription drug late enrollment penalties for two years after the initial enrollment period.
