Endangered Species Improvements Act of 2005 - Amends the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to enter into a species recovery agreement with a person, other than a federal or state agency, for habitat protection and restoration services. Directs the Secretary to establish a model form for such agreements.
