National Health, Nutrition, and Physical Activity Monitoring Act of 2005 - Amends the National Nutrition Monitoring and Related Research Act of 1990 to extend the National Nutrition Monitoring and Related Research Program for ten years.
Eliminates the National Nutrition Monitoring Advisory Council.
Authorizes appropriations for the National Center for Health Statistics, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Agricultural Research Service to collect and analyze dietary, health, physical activity, diet and health knowledge data.
