A Boost for Child Care Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code, with respect to the child care credit to: (1) expand the credit by revising the definition of the applicable percentage; and (2) accelerate the increase to a $1,000 credit.

Directs the Secretary of Labor to establish a program promote awareness of the use of dependent care assistance programs.
