CDQ Community Preservation Act - Amends the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act to make a community eligible for participation in the western Alaska community development quota (CDQ) program (under which a percentage of the total allowable catch of any Bering Sea fishery is allocated to the program) if the community was: (1) listed in a specified table in the Code of Federal Regulations as eligible to apply for such quota; and (2) approved by the National Marine Fisheries Service on April 19, 1999.
