South Maui Coastal Preservation Act of 2003 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to study the feasibility of designating certain lands on the southern coast of Maui, Hawaii, extending from the Ahihi-Kinau Natural Area Reserve to Kanaloa Point, as a unit of the National Park System.
