Harpers Ferry National Historical Park Boundary Revision Act of 2003 - Amends Federal law concerning the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to acquire land to expand such Park. Establishes maximum acreage for the Park. Provides for public inspection of all maps referred to in the Act.
