Declares that the collective bargaining agreement between the Association of Commuter Rail Employees and the Metro-North Railroad (in New York) shall be extinguished upon the merger of the Metro-North Railroad and the Long Island Rail Road. Deems employees of the entity resulting from such merger to be covered under the appropriate collective bargaining agreement of the Long Island Rail Road in compliance with the Railway Labor Act. Subjects all disputes arising from the application of this Act to the jurisdiction of the National Mediation Board.
