Iraqi Freedom From Debt Act - Requires the Secretary of the Treasury to instruct the U.S. Executive Director at each international financial institution to press for the cancellation or radical downward adjustment of all debts owed to those institutions by Iraq.

Expresses the sense of Congress that the President should urge France, Russia, and all other public and private creditors to cancel or radically reduce all debt owed by Iraq.
