Negative Credit Notification Act - Amends the Fair Credit Reporting Act to require a consumer reporting agency to notify the consumer that it is including information in the consumer's file that is, or may be construed as being, adverse to the consumer's interests, together with a brief description sufficient to allow the consumer to determine the accuracy, completeness, and source of such information.
