Meat and Poultry Inspection Accountability Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to assess specified civil money penalties for violations of the Federal Meat Inspection Act or the Poultry Products Inspection Act.

Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to authorize civil money penalties for violations of provisions under such Act as they relate to meat and poultry.
