Bankruptcy Judgeship Act of 2002 - Makes appointments to the office of bankruptcy judge for judicial districts in the following States: California, Delaware; Florida; Georgia; Maryland; Michigan; Mississippi; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina, Pennsylvania; Puerto Rico; Tennessee; Virginia, South Carolina and Nevada.

Grants extensions to the temporary office of bankruptcy judges authorized for the northern district of Alabama, the district of Delaware, the district of Puerto Rico, and the eastern district of Tennessee.
