Social Security Act Improvements for the Terminally Ill Act - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act (SSA) to eliminate the five-month waiting period in the disability insurance program for terminally ill individuals. Authorizes disability benefits for any eligible individual whose underlying impairment results in death within six months after what would have been the start of the waiting period.
