Amends the Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1999 to extend for six additional months (until April 1, 2002) the period for which chapter 12 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code (Adjustments of Debts of a Family Farmer) is reenacted.

States that such extension shall take effect on October 1, 2001.
