Department of Veterans Affairs Nurse Preceptor Pilot Program Act - Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to conduct a two-year pilot program to assess the advantages and disadvantages of establishing a nurse preceptor program at Department of Veterans Affairs health care facilities . Requires that the program: (1) consist of a rigorous training program to develop nurse preceptors who will act as mentors to newly hired registered nurses; and (2) be conducted through facilities located in the Veterans Integrated Service Network 1 service region.
