SCHIP Web-Based Enrollment Act of 2002 - Amends title XXI (State Children's Health Insurance) (SCHIP) of the Social Security Act to encourage the use of Internet web-based enrollment systems under SCHIP.
Directs the Secretary to provide for grants to enable States to develop and implement web-based enrollment systems under their SCHIP child health plans.
