To authorize the presentation of a gold medal on behalf of the Congress to the next of kin or other personal representative of Justin W. Dart, Jr., on behalf of the entire disability community and in recognition of his many contributions to the Nation throughout his lifetime, especially his tireless work to secure passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and for other purposes.
