Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC) Support Act - Amends the Older Americans Act of 1995 to direct the Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services for Aging to award four-year grants of up to $1 million each to between five and eight public and private agencies and organizations to carry out demonstration projects to provide specified comprehensive supportive services to older individuals in noninstitutional residences in naturally occurring retirement communities to enhance their quality of life and reduce the need to institutionalize them.
