Greenhouse Farming Emergency Energy Assistance Act of 2001 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to provide assistance to greenhouse farmers who have experienced qualifying energy cost increases.

States that such assistance shall not depend upon emergency designation or the existence of a natural disaster in the affected farm's county.
