Afterschool Education Enhancement Act - Amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to extend to five years the period for grants which the Secretary of Education may make under the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program.

Sets maximum grant amounts for the fourth and fifth years that are 75 percent and 50 percent, respectively, of the amount received in the first year.

Extends the authorization of appropriations for such program.
