Captain Jack Punches Memorial Act - Amends the Veterans Education and Benefits Expansion Act of 2001 to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to furnish Government markers for the private cemetery graves of veterans dying on or after September 11, 2001 (currently December 27, 2001) who: (1) would have been eligible for burial in a national cemetery; or (2) would have been eligible for military retired or retainer pay except for not having attained 60 years of age.
