Spirit of the Nation Medal Act - Authorizes the President to present on behalf of Congress (where appropriate, posthumously), in recognition of the sacrifice made, a congressional gold medal to any individual who is killed or wounded as a result of an act of terrorism within the United States on or after September 11, 2001.
