To expand the moratorium on foreclosure on FHA single family mortgage loans of borrowers affected by the events of September 11, 2001, to employees of air carriers and aircraft manufacturers who are involuntarily separated after such date and to further extend such moratorium.

Expands the moratorium on foreclosure of Federal Housing Administration-insured single family mortgage loans of borrowers affected by the events of September 11, 2001, to employees of domestic or foreign air carriers or aircraft manufacturers who were involuntarily separated (except for cause) from work after such date.

States that the moratorium for affected borrowers shall be 180 days from the mortgage letter, and for borrowers included in this Act,180 days from the date of enactment of such Act.
