Anthrax Victims Compensation Act - Amends the Air Transportation Safety and System Stabilization Act to provide compensation to any individual killed as a result of a terrorist-related anthrax infection following the terrorist-related aircraft crashes of September 11, 2001.
Grants U.S. district courts original and exclusive jurisdiction over all Federal causes of actions brought for any claim resulting from or relating to such deaths.
