American Legacy Preservation Act - Provides that, upon the request of an owner of non-Federal land or the head of any Federal agency with jurisdiction over Federal land where a gravesite of a former President of the United States is located, the Secretary of the Interior shall provide technical assistance, financial assistance, or both, to such owner or Federal agency for the maintenance of that gravesite.
