Office of Correctional Health Act of 2001 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to establish within the Office of Public Health and Science of the Public Health Service the Office of Correctional Health. Requires the Office to carry out public health activities for employees in Federal or State penal or correctional institutions or for persons incarcerated in such institutions, including disease prevention, health promotion, service delivery, research, and health professions education activities.
