Mental Illness Consumer-Run Services Support Act - Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to award grants, contracts, or cooperative agreements to public and private nonprofit entities to establish ten regional centers to assist State and local governments, and health maintenance and other organizations develop complimentary peer-support and other nonprofessional services for persons with persistent mental illnesses. Gives preference to consumer-run organizations with appropriate background and experience.
