Better Nutrition for School Children Act of 2001 - Amends the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (CNA) to provide that the Secretary of Agriculture's regulations for the school breakfast program under CNA and the school lunch program under the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act, including ones relating to food service in participating schools and service institutions in competition with such programs, shall cover such food service throughout the entire participating school, including the school grounds, until the end of the school day.
