Federal Law Enforcement Pension Adjustment Equity Act of 2001 - Amends the Law Enforcement Pay Equity Act of 2000 to repeal a provision that prohibited the conversion of members of the United States Park Police and the Secret Service Uniformed Division to a new salary schedule and the associated initial adjustments in basic pay rates from being treated as salary increases for purpose of provisions providing for increased pension benefits for annuitants of such members.
