Technology Education and Training Act of 2001 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to: (1) allow a limited tax credit for information technology training program expenses; and (2) make technology training centers eligible educational institutions for purposes of the Hope scholarship and lifetime learning credits.

Establishes an Information Technology Training Certification Advisory Board, which shall develop provider certifications for certified commercial information technology training.
