George McGovern-Robert Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Act of 2001 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, using specified authority under the Agricultural Act of 1949, to provide eligible commodities and financial and technical assistance to establish and expand overseas preschool and school feeding programs, and maternal, infant, and child nutrition programs.

Urges the President to engage multilateral and private sector involvement.
