Revises provisions concerning preventive health services regarding tuberculosis by: (1) renaming such provisions national program for tuberculosis elimination; (2) revising the authorities of the Secretary of Health and Human Services under such provisions; and (3) authorizing appropriations through FY 2006.
Revises provisions concerning tuberculosis with respect to the activities of the: (1) National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute; (2) National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases; and (3) the John E. Fogarty International Center for Advanced Study in the Health Sciences.
