Food Biotechnology Information Initiative Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a public information program regarding the use of biotechnology to produce food for human consumption (which shall be carried out as a component of the Food Safety Initiative of the President).
Amends the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 to revise the purposes and types of research under the biotechnology risk assessment grant program, including the use of biotechnology in food production.
