Makes technical corrections to the Standing Rules of the Senate with respect to: (1) changing the reference of the year on the recommended forms for a certificate of election or of appointment for a Senator; (2) amending Rule XXV (Standing Committees) to rearrange the order of the listing of the Committee on the Judiciary and the Committee on Labor and Human Resources concerning their jurisdiction and composition; (3) amending Rule XXXVII (Conflict of Interest) to denote the Committee on Ethics as the Select Committee on Ethics; and (4) amending Rule XLI (Political Fund Activity; Definitions) to change a specified cross reference.
