Student Education Enrichment Demonstration Act - Directs the Secretary of Education to establish a demonstration program of competitive matching grants to State educational agencies to enable them to assist local educational agencies in carrying out high quality summer academic enrichment programs as part of statewide education accountability programs.

Directs the Comptroller General to study and report on the impact of such program on student achievement.

Authorizes appropriations.
