Sole Community Hospital Fair Payment Act of 2000 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act with respect to payments to hospitals for inpatient hospital services to revise the payment formula for sole community hospitals for cost reporting periods occurring on or after October 1, 2000, with respect to discharges occurring in FY 2001.
