Colorado Forest Restoration and Fire Reduction Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service, to establish a collaborative forest (fire) protection and restoration program involving public, tribal, or private lands in Colorado. (Excludes National Wilderness Preservation System lands.) Authorizes appropriations.
