Nazi and Japanese War Crimes Disclosure Act - Amends the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act to: (1) extend the authority of the Nazi War Criminal Records Interagency Working Group for an additional two years; and (2) change the name of the Act to the Nazi and Japanese War Crimes of World War II Disclosure Act. Revises the term "Nazi war criminal records" to include classified records (or portions thereof) that pertain to any transaction as to which the U.S. Government, in its sole discretion, has grounds to believe involved assets taken from persecuted persons during the period beginning on January 1, 1931, and ending on December 31, 1945, by, under the direction of, on behalf of, or under authority granted by the Nazi government of Germany or any nation then allied with that government.

Changes the name Nazi War Criminal Records Interagency Working Group to Nazi and Japanese War Criminal Records Interagency Working Group.

Authorizes appropriations.

Expresses the sense of Congress that foreign nations, and in particular Japan, should make every effort possible to cooperate with the Nazi and Japanese War Criminal Records Interagency Working Group in carrying out its duties.
