Victims of Stalkers Equality Act of 2000 - Amends the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act to prohibit the transfer of a firearm or ammunition to, and the receipt of a firearm or ammunition by, a person subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an individual or engaging in other conduct that would place an individual in reasonable fear of bodily injury (currently, such prohibition applies to a person subject to restraining order on conduct toward an intimate partner or child of such person).
