Alien Child Protection and Deferred Enforced Departure Family Unity Act of 2000 - Provides for the permanent resident status adjustment (and stay of removal if applicable) of an alien orphan who is physically present in the United States and under 12 years old.

Provides for deferred enforced departure (and stay of removal if applicable) of an alien who is the natural and legal parent of a U.S.-born child under 18 years old.
