Fresh Meat and Poultry Consumer Awareness Act of 2000 - Amends the Federal Meat Inspection Act and the Poultry Products Inspection Act to extend nutrition information labeling requirements to nutritional information prescribed by regulation.

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to issue final regulations to require nutrition information labeling for single-ingredient raw meat and poultry products sold at retail to consumers.
