Medicare HMO Administrative Payment Integrity Act of 2000 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to require contracts with Medicare+Choice organizations to prohibit Medicare funds paid to such organizations from being used for expenditures that would not be recognized as reasonable under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Disallows expenditures not recognized as reasonable under the FAR in determining the adjusted community rate for purposes of computing additional benefits in cases where a Medicare+Choice organization has excess amounts available for a contract year.
