Military Families Unification Act of 1999 - Exempts a qualifying alien child or spouse of a Philippine serviceman in the United States Navy from: (1) specified bars to admission due to unlawful U.S. presence; or (2) penalties for failure to depart from the United States under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Provides such aliens of appropriate age with work authorization.
