Federal Employees Adoption Assistance Act - Directs the head of each executive agency and the Director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts to carry out a program under which an agency employee may be reimbursed for up to $2,000 of qualifying expenses incurred with the adoption of any one child (including if both adopting parents are employees).
Makes such adoption expenses reimbursement provisions applicable to the U.S. Postal Service and the Postal Rate Commission.
