America's Wilderness Protection Act - Releases all areas designated as wilderness study areas as of this Act's enactment date from wilderness area study status on the earlier of: (1) ten years after this Act's enactment date; or (2) the date on which such an area is designated by Act of Congress as wilderness.

Requires any wilderness study area designated after this Act's enactment date to remain in such status until the earlier of: (1) ten years after the date of designation; or (2) the date on which the area is designated by Act of Congress as wilderness. Releases any area not designated as wilderness by Act of Congress from such status after such ten-year period.
