POSTPONED VOTE - The Speaker put the question on agreeing to the resolution by voice vote and announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mrs. Slaughter objected to the voice vote, and pending that made a point of no quorum. The Speaker postponed further proceedings on the resolution until later in the day. The point of no quorum was considered as withdrawn.
